5.Checking for flow and cleaning the condensate filter.

6.Most importantly we will carry out the gas trightness test to establish if there are no gas leaks in your property .

7.We will carry out the boiler working pressure test to establish that it has been installed to  the Manufacturer

8.We will check boiler components for water leaks and corrosion.

9.We will check boiler components:

-Heat exchanger,

-Gas Valve,

-Diverter Valve (combination boilers only),

-Pump ,

-Fan and its pressure switch.

10.If your hot water temperature is fluctuating we will test the NTC sensors and let you know what is the faulty component.

11.We use the state of the art Testo Flue Gas analysers and we will test the boiler flue emissions for:

-Flow/differential pressure

-Carbon monoxide presence ,

-Efficiency,

-Ratio.

We will demonstrate the results on the color graph and if requested print you the copy of the readings.

This will help you to understand your boiler  safety and efficiency.

12.We will carry out the Gas rate test to let you know how much  your  boiler is costing you to run and we will

tell you how to lower your gas bills!
